A Method of Determining the Demand of City Chauffeured Car Service Based on the Ordinal Utility Theory

摘要: 目前专车作为一种高等出租车的形式出现在了人们的生活中,专车服务的实质与国外的电话租车服务(dial-a-ride service)类似,专车的出现引发了人们对其城市拥有量的探讨,探讨的目的是为了提高专车服务质量。作者认为作为高等级出租车形式的专车与传统出租车共同组成了城市出租车的总体数目,并提出了利用经济学中的序数效用理论来分配专车与传统出租车的数目,从而确定出城市专车拥有量,该方法是应用经济学理论提出的城市专车拥有量确定方法。最后,通过数值例子分析说明了该方法的可行性。该方法不但拓展了城市出租车拥有量的确定方法,而且还能够为专车运行路径规划设计、实时调度指挥等运营问题提供基础参数。Abstract: As an advanced type of taxi appears in everyday life,the chauffeured car service provides a service similar to the dial-a-ride service.In order to improve the quality of chauffeured car service,it is necessary to investigate the de-mand of the chauffeured cars in a city.This paper assumes that the total number of taxis in a city is composed of the regu-lar taxis and extended chauffeured cars.The number of chauffeured cars and regular taxis is allocated according to the or-dinal utility theory in economics,and thus the demand of chauffeured car service in a city is determined.The numerous example analyses indicate the proposed method is feasible.This method not only expands the method of determining the quantity of taxis required in a city,but also provides a tool for the planning and design of operation routes,real-time scheduling and dispatching for.
